Transformation of existing farm buildings to beautiful holiday lets.

When Eddie and Sophie arrived at Hoods Croft, the existing outbuildings were in a sorry state. There was an old Dutch Hay Barn (with a curved roof) and an L-shaped structure with some annexe accommodation and garaging. Eddie and Sophie wanted to transform the two buildings into luxury, private accommodation for holiday lets, and they started their build in 2021.

They began with the Barn, keeping the curved roof’s character. Steel beams were curved by Angle Ring, the company that curved the steel for Wembley Stadium! In 2023, they developed the Coach House. Both buildings feature heat pumps for underfloor heating, are fully insulated, and are double-glazed to provide lovely, peaceful spaces.

Each has a lovely private courtyard garden and is designed to offer guests privacy from the main house, ensuring a personal space during their stay.
